1.WHY BUY FROM CSTOWN?

· We entered the cheerleading uniform field in 2014, serving different groups including entertainment leagues, all-star teams, international teams, sports associations and so on.  

· In the past eight years, our product has been praised by nearly a thousand customers.  

· We have more than 20 professional designers to ensure the high level of design of each piece of art; over 20 sales staff provide 24-hour online service for you; more than 100 workers in our own factory work seven days a week to ensure the production.  

· Dozens of professional cheerleading uniform production machines like thermal sublimation printers, hot drilling machines, sewing machines.  

· Our apparel line has also grown to cover all cheerleading related areas and activities, from practice apparel to performance uniforms as well as a range of accessories. We provide every performance fashion in cheerleading. 



2.WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We are open from 9AM until 5PM Monday to Friday. Our warehouse and offices are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Chinese public holidays.

Here is the listing of 2022 Chinese public holidays.

    • New Year: Jan.1-Jan.3

    • Spring Festival: Jan.31-Feb.6

    • Tomb-Sweeping Day: Apr.3-Apr.5

    • Chinese Labor Day: Apr.30-May.4

    • Dragon Boat Festival: Jun.3-Jun.5

    • Middle Autumn Day: Sep. 10-Sep.12

    • Chinese National Day: Oct.1-Oct.7

Note:

During these public holiday dates, all shipping companies are closed. Please allow extra time for any rush orders that are needed in holiday periods because of the shipping situation.



3.HOW DO I ORDER CUSTOM UNIFORMS?

Step 1: Color and Style Choices

Choose your uniform style and color. Get help from our designers and make a special uniform of you or your team.  

Step 2: Measure Yourself 

To make you more comfortable, we need your exact size. If you have any problems in measuring, connect us.

Step 3: Submit Your Order and Wait for Your Beautiful Uniform!

Submit your order when you finish the first two steps and patiently wait for your uniform within a few weeks.  



4.WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUMS AND HOW TO ADD ON ORDERS?

A minimum order of 10 is required for all made-to-order garments and other products. We are unable to process individual orders for any made-to-order item. But we can make a sample for you. Uniforms may not be added or deleted to any custom order once it has been placed into Production. Add-on orders will be considered a new order and appropriate manufacturing time and shipping will apply. 



5.WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

CSTOWN Accepts Two Methods Of Payment: PayPal (Online Checkout), Wire Transfer, Checks. Contact cheerleading@cstown.com If You Have Any Questions About The Payment Process.



6.WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?

We Only Accept Payment In US Dollars.



7.CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

Once An Order Is Placed We Are No Longer Able To Make Any Changes To The Order. If You Wish To Make Order Changes Please Contact cheerleading@cstown.com To Submit A Cancellation. Once The Order Is Canceled Please Place An Order With The Correct Items.



8.CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

As Soon As Possible. We Try Our Best To Ship Out Orders And Once An Order Is Dispatched We Can Not Cancel The Order. Order Cancellations Will Be Considered But Cannot Be Guaranteed.



9.HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

Upon Receiving Your Order Confirmation Email Notification, Your Order Can Take Between 35 – 45 Business Days To Process And Ship (Excluding Weekends And Holidays). Please Note That During Special Promotions Or Sales, Processing Can Take More Time Due To An Influx Of Orders.



10.WHERE DO YOU POST TO?

We Post Worldwide. Please Fill In The Delivery Address Carefully, We Will Deliver The Goods According To This Address.



11.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping Times Are Dependent On Your Selected Shipping Method And Delivery Location. Please Allow 7 – 9 Business Days For International Standard To Be Received.



12.WHO PAYS FOR RETURN POSTAGE?

If You No Longer Require The Item Or Change Your Mind, You Will Be Liable To Cover The Cost Of Return Postage. If The Incorrect Item Is Dispatched To You, Or The Item Arrives Damaged, We Will Reimburse Your Return Postage Costs.



13.HOW TO CARE MY UNIFORMS?

We recommend washing all uniform items using mild detergent without bleach and machine wash separately in a full tub of cold water. Remove promptly from washer when cycle is complete. Tumble dry with low heat polyester and Flex stretch items. Do not use fabric softener on polyester garments as this may affect the soil release properties. Complete shrinkage and colorfastness cannot be guaranteed because of different laundering processes and absorbent qualities of fabric. We are not responsible for garments that have been laundered incorrectly. 

DO NOT DRY CLEAN.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHOES: Clean with mild soapy water and a gentle brush or sponge. Air dry. Do not use harsh cleaning agents or detergents. Do not launder in a washing machine or dryer.
