Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered, but if something is not right, we’re here to help!

All merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturer defects. Please check your order carefully upon arrival and report any defect or order discrepancy within 3 days of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of our products, some items are ineligible for returns. Eligible stock merchandise will be accepted within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. Please refer to the Returns and Exchange Policy below for complete details. 


Return and Exchange Policy

Items That are not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Customized items of any kind including Custom, Special Order, Sublimation, and any Stock Item with Embellishment including but not limited to screen printing, printing, embroidery, tackle twill, rhinestones, or Spanglez

• Clearance, closeouts, markdowns, and final sale items

• Due to health regulations, briefs, bras, camis, bodysuits, makeup, brushes, stickers, rhinestones, hair bows, hair accessories, and socks may not be returned if the original package has been opened

• Items that have been worn, soiled, scuffed, or without tags, original packaging or protective liners removed

Condition of Items 

• Non-defective garments must be unworn and in the original condition with all hangtags

• Any protective liners must be attached and in the original position and condition

• Shoes must be in their original, unmarked box. Shoes with soiled or worn bottoms, scuffs, or any sign of wear cannot be returned or exchanged


Return Process 

⑴ Taking photos as evidence

Photos must include receipt and defective or deficient merchandise.

⑵ Contact the sales rep

Please send the photos to our sales rep and report the issues.

NOTE

① We will issue a refund or a replacement or reissue caused by our faults such as the quality problem or the insufficient quantity of the products.

② Orders cannot be changed or canceled once payment is processed! If there are any questions, please contact our sales rep.

③ Since a design confirmation has been made before payment, if you are not satisfied with the design ( patterns, size, colors, etc.) after you have received the products, we will not issue a refund in principle. Please contact the sales rep for a solution.

④ Please feel free to contact your sales rep if you have any questions.

⑶ Wait refund or replacement

After meeting the refund terms, we will arrange a refund and return it to the original account. The average processing time is 3 business days.
